What is PISTA?

PISTA (Passenger Itinerary Self Ticketing Algorithm) is an intelligent flight booking platform that helps you search for flights, plan routes, and manage your travel itinerary efficiently. Our system uses advanced algorithms to find you the best flight options based on your preferences.

Do I need to create an account to use PISTA?

You can search for flights without an account, but creating an account allows you to save your searches, manage bookings, and receive personalized recommendations. Sign up is free and takes less than a minute.

How do I create an account?

Click the "Login / Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. You can register using your email address or sign in with Google or Apple. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Booking Flights

How do I search for flights?

Click on "Search Flights" from the sidebar on the homepage. Enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers. Our system will search across multiple airlines to find you the best options.

Can I book multi-city or round-trip flights?

Yes! PISTA supports one-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries. Use the "Plan Route" feature to create complex itineraries with multiple stops and connections.

How far in advance can I book a flight?

You can typically book flights up to 11 months in advance, though this varies by airline. We recommend booking 2-3 months ahead for domestic flights and 3-6 months for international travel to get the best prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Managing Bookings

How do I view my booking confirmation?

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your itinerary and booking reference. You can also view all your bookings by logging into your account and going to "My Bookings".

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Cancellation and modification policies vary by airline and fare type. Log into your account, go to "My Bookings", and select the booking you wish to modify. Please note that changes may incur fees depending on the airline's policy.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

Is my payment information secure?
